Account Cancellation
Before requesting to cancel or terminate your Divvycast service, if there was any problem with the service or something you needed that we didn't have, please let us know what it was so that we can try to help.
If you decide to cancel or terminate your account, send an email to support(at)divvycast.com identifying who you are and which services you want to cancel.
The following cancellation and termination policies are in effect:
- If you cancel and change your mind, you may reactivate your account, provided you do so within 30 days of cancellation. After this time, your podcasts will be deleted.
- All podcasts will be deleted 30 days after deleting a monthly account. If you cancel during your one year paid period, your account will remain active for the remainder of the period for which you've paid.
- Divvycast does not issue refunds for any portion of monthly or annual fees.
Software Warranty

Divvycast is based in Washington State and sales tax will be added at the current rate to all sales within the state.
